U.S. Defense Chuck Hagel waves to the pilots of a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter after landing at Hardy Barracks in Tokyo, April 4, 2014. Hagel met with troops at Yokota Air Force Base earlier in the day and will continue his three-day stay in Tokyo, meeting with the Japanese prime minister and defense counterparts.
