Army Lt. Gen. Mark A. Milley updates reporters on Fort Hood, Texas, April 4, 2014, about the April 2 shooting on base as Chris Grey, the chief of public affairs/media for U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command at Quantico, Va., looks on. Milley is the base's commander and Grey also is the spokesperson for the law enforcement task force leading the investigation. During the incident, a soldier killed three others and wounded 16 before taking his own life.
