The guided-missile destroyer USS Stout fires its Mk-45 5-inch lightweight gun during a live-fire exercise in the Mediterranean Sea, Jan. 27, 2014. The Stout is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
