U.S. airmen pour and smooth concrete for a foundation for a new maintenance facility on Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, Jan. 4, 2014. The airmen are assigned to the 577th Expeditionary Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force Squadron, known as Prime Beef.
