U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and senior defense staff members talk with Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu during a video teleconference at the Pentagon, Dec. 16, 2013. Hagel and Shoygu discussed issues of mutual importance during the session, which was the first time the two defense leaders used video technology to meet.
