U.S. Marines carry a simulated patient on a stretcher while conducting a casualty evacuation drill on Forward Operating Base Zeebrugge in Kajaki district in Helmand province, Afghanistan, Dec. 1, 2013. The Marines, assigned to Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, conducted the drill to maintain readiness in the event of a casualty situation.
