U.S. Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, meets with sailors aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Stout in Souda Bay, Greece, Dec. 7, 2013. Dempsey visited the sailors as part of his annual USO Holiday Tour.
