U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel meets with Bahraini Lt. Gen. Muhammad al Khalifa, minister of state for defense affairs, in Manama, Bahrain, Dec. 5, 2013. Hagel is scheduled to speak on U.S. security issues during the Manama Dialogue meeting.
