U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd class Sonya De Costa maintains situational awareness while helping guide a 40-ton hydraulic crane during an effort to replace a 6,000-pound transformer that powers portions of Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, Nov. 21, 2013. De Costa is an equipment operator assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3.
