Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, meets with new White House Fellows at the White House in Washington, D.C., Nov. 26, 2013. Two Navy officers from the group will receive firsthand experience of the workings of the federal government, while increasing their participation in national affairs.
