U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Jason Rimando hands off supplies to Filipino soldiers for distribution in support of Operation Damayan in Giporlos, Philippines, Nov. 16, 2013. Rimando, an aircrewman, is assigned to the George Washington Strike Group in support of the 3rd Marine Expeditionary Brigade.
