U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel hosts an honor cordon to welcome Lithuanian Defense Minister Juozas Olekas to the Pentagon, Oct. 25; 2013. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to security and stability in Afghanistan, and discussed other topics during their meeting.
