U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Justin Miller attempts to repair the engine of a mine-resistant, ambush-protected vehicle during a combat logistics patrol in Helmand province, Afghanistan, Oct. 2, 2013. Miller, a vehicle operator, is assigned to Combat Logistics Regiment 2, Regional Command Southwest.
