U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel salutes the crew chief of a Black Hawk helicopter in Tokyo, Oct. 4, 2013. Hagel met with the crew of the USS Stethem on Yokosuka Naval Base to thank them for their service and answer questions.
