U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel gives an interview to Ichiro Kabasawa, a Japanese reporter, while aboard the USS Stethem near Tokyo, Oct. 4, 2013. Hagel met with the crew of the USS Stethem on Yokosuka Naval Base to thank them for their service and answer questions.
