U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel briefs reporters after attending the 45th Security Consultative Meeting at the Ministry of Defense in Seoul, South Korea, Oct. 2, 2013. South Korean Defense Minister Kim Kwan-jin joined Hagel for the briefing.
