South Korean martial arts specialists demonstrate a technique during a military parade attended by U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel and U.S. Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, in Seoul, South Korea, Oct. 1, 2013. Hagel and Dempsey attended the event to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the U.S.-South Korean alliance.
