U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Welsh III salutes during an arrival ceremony in his honor hosted by his Chinese counterpart, Gen. Ma Xiaotian, in Beijing, Sept. 25, 2013. Welsh was to meet with various military leaders as part of a weeklong trip.
