Air Force 1st Lt. Betsy Mayes marshals patients onto a WC-130J Hurricane Hunter aircraft during an aeromedical evacuation training mission on Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Sept. 19, 2013. Mayes, a flight nurse, is assigned to the 433rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron.
