U.S. Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, meets with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem, Aug. 13, 2013. Dempsey is on a trip to meet with his counterparts in Israel and Jordan.
