U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Arnold H. Cabral adjusts his gear during operation Northern Lion II in Afghanistan's Helmand province, July 3, 2013. Cabral is assigned to Georgian Liaison Team 9. Georgian soldiers led the operation, conducted to deter insurgents, establish a presence and gather human intelligence in the area.
