Japanese Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera honors American veterans during a wreath-laying ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, July 1, 2013. Onodera paid respects to American service members who lost their lives and the late U.S. Sen. Daniel K. Inouye of Hawaii.
