More than 200 sailors and Marines attend a wreath laying ceremony at the Navy Memorial to commemorate the 71st anniversary of the Battle of Midway in Washington, D.C., June 4, 2013. The Battle of Midway was the turning point in the Pacific theater of World War II and set the stage for the United States' victory over Japan.
