WASHINGTON — Officials representing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Republic of Korea’s Cultural Heritage Administration (CHA) will sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish a framework for the exchange of information and cooperation regarding the protection, recovery and restitution of cultural property.
