June 30, 2014 – Michigan man profiled in HSI's Operation Predator app sentenced to 8 years

A Michigan man who was captured last fall after the roll out of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Operation Predator smartphone app was sentenced June 30 to 97 months in prison. Full Story

July 1, 2014 – Retired Cincinnati police officer arrested on child pornography charges

July 2, 2014 – Jamaican man found guilty of sex trafficking in US, Australia

A Jamaican man was found guilty Tuesday for his role in a sex trafficking operation as a result of an investigation conducted by HSI offices in Miami, Orlando, New York and Singapore, as well as the U.S. Department of State's Diplomatic Security Service, the Australian Federal Police and the Dubai Police Department. July 1, 2014 – HSI assists in takedown of worldwide khat trafficking ring

17 members of a khat distribution ring were arrested June 27, stemming from an investigation by HSI, CBP, the New York City Police Department, the New York State Police and the New York State Attorney General's Office. Full Story
