Chicago, Ill., June 15, 2013 -- FEMA employees pass out information about registering for FEMA assistance at the annual Puerto Rican Festival in Humboldt Park. FEMA is reaching out to community members affected by the wide spread flooding from severe storms and straight-line winds during April and May.
