Low Pressure Cylinder Awareness Webinars
In light of a recent propane cylinder incident on a mobile food truck in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the U.S. Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration is promoting awareness regarding the safe use and condition of pressure vessels.
The agency invites fire marshals and code enforcement personnel to participate in informational webinars on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 10 a.m. (ET) or 2 p.m. Register for these webinars here.
The U.S. Fire Administration recommends everyone should have a comprehensive home fire protection plan that includes smoke alarms, fire sprinklers, and practicing a fire escape plan.
