Please be advised that there are NO plans for an extended outage beyond the regular ACE Production maintenance window which is scheduled to begin on Saturday, 11/15/2014 at 2200 EST and end on Sunday, 11/16/2014 until 0400 EST.
** IMPORTANT UPDATE** This weekend’s ACE work DOES include maintenance to the ACE database and WILL, therefore, impact ACS Air AMS or ACS ABI between the hours of 2300 EST (11:00PM) and 2400 EST (12:00 midnight)on Saturday 11/15/2014.
The following fix may impact ACE filers:
ACE_PR_49187 - Fixes a problem where a (Business Objects) report can become unavailable for a trading partner.
Please contact your assigned CBP Client Representative if you have further questions.
