FDA is aware that some users continue to encounter problems reported yesterday in CSMS #14-000422. Should you encounter problems accessing ITACS or querying an entry, please try clearing your browser’s cache and restarting the browser by closing all open windows. The issue is currently being investigated and we hope to have it resolved shortly. Another message will be sent out once this issue is resolved.
