The State Office for USDA Rural Development in Oregon has moved to a new location in Portland. Please make note of our new address:

All phone numbers and email addresses for the Rural Development staff located in Portland have not changed.

While our Portland staff will make every effort to respond to your phone calls, emails, and letters in a timely manner, please be aware there may be short delays through February 5 due to our move. All other Rural Development offices in Oregon will continue to operate as usual during this time.
