Dear Alum:
You are invited to an “Alumni Meet & Greet” at the AmeriCorps VISTA Pre-Service Orientation at the DoubleTree Philadelphia Center City on Tuesday, July 23 at 6pm EDT.
The event will provide VISTA candidates with an opportunity to meet alumni—like you, ask questions, and be inspired about their upcoming service year. We also want to hear what you’ve been up to since your VISTA experience, while giving you a chance to network with candidates and fellow alumni.
Joining us will be special guest speaker, Catie Wolfgang, the first Chief Service Officer with the City of Philadelphia. Since 2009, has been an integral part of the Cities of Service initiative, a coalition of mayors from across the nation committed to engaging citizens through impact volunteering. |

 You will also meet the leaders and members of the AmeriCorps Alums Philadelphia Chapter and learn more about how to get involved with this networking organization for national service alumni.
And you’re welcome to join us for dinner as well. Please indicate in your registration if you’d like to attend dinner and include when/where you served as a VISTA.
