AmeriCorps Funding Workshop for Organizations Serving Veterans and Military Families

The Corporation for National and Community Service is dedicated to promoting activities and empowering organizations that serve the unmet needs of transitioning veterans and military families. Please join us for a unique opportunity to learn how AmeriCorps State and National funding can help your organization expand the reach and quality of services available for veterans and military families.
This hands-on workshop will:
- Provide an overview of the AmeriCorps program and how AmeriCorps members benefit their communities
- Review the 2016 AmeriCorps Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) and steps applicant must take to submit an application
- Discuss the application process and introduce key concepts from CNCS’s performance measurement core curriculum
Participants will have the option of attending the entire workshop in person or listening to the sessions virtually.
