“PFM feels that those who have shown a commitment to national service are likely to be individuals who share the firm’s core vision and values – helping our communities serve their constituencies with independent advice, unwavering integrity, and outstanding client service. PFM’s dedication is to people – the clients we serve, the individuals we employ, and the greater population who benefit from the professional services we provide.” -Michael Aileo, Managing Director and Chief Talent Officer The PFM Group of Companies
“People willing to commit to national service are people whose heart is in public service. AmeriCorps and Peace Corps alumni are very likely to want to continue their service to others by joining local county government. Their passion for improving communities and embracing diversity is a good match for us. It complements the Coconino County mission statement and strengthens our team of dedicated employees.”
- Cynthia Seelhammer, County Manager Coconino County, Arizona
