CIB: Clarifying Information for Quarterly Reporting of Medicaid Drug Rebates in the Medicaid Budget and Expenditure System (MBES)

Today the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is releasing an Informational Bulletin providing information to states on reporting Medicaid drug rebates on the CMS-64 in the Medicaid Budget and Expenditure System (MBES).  The information is designed to ensure that states are able to report drug rebates on the CMS-64 accurately and consistent with federal requirements.
