Sales of new single-family houses in October 2014 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 458,000. This is 0.7 percent (+/- 16.5%)* above the revised September 2014 estimate of 455,000.

October 2014: +0.7* % change
September 2014 (r): +0.4* % change

* The 90% confidence interval includes zero.. The Census Bureau does not have sufficient evidence to conclude that the actual change is different from zero.
