Withdrawn Summaries

The summaries listed below have been withdrawn from the NQMC Web site because they are no longer in current use and therefore, do not meet the NQMC Inclusion Criteria. Please see the Measure Archive for a complete list of all measures that have been withdrawn from the NQMC Web site.

Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement

  • Lipid management in adults: percentage of patients on lipid-lowering medication who have a fasting lipid panel within 24 months.
  • Lipid management in adults: percentage of patients with (a) CHD, (b) CHD risk equivalent or (c) whose 10-year risk is greater than 20%, who are on a statin OR have LDL less than 70 mg/dL.
  • Lipid management in adults: percentage of patients with (a) diabetes and age greater than or equal to 40 years, or (b) who have 10-year Framingham CVD whose 10-year risk is greater than 20%, who are on a statin OR who have LDL less than 100 mg/dL.
  • Lipid management in adults: percentage of patients with LDL greater than 100 mg/dL who are on a maximal dose of a potent statin (such as simvastatin, pitavastatin, rosuvastatin, or atorvastatin).
