The summaries listed below have been withdrawn from the NQMC Web site because they are no longer in current use and therefore, do not meet the NQMC Inclusion Criteria. Please see the Measure Archive for a complete list of all measures that have been withdrawn from the NQMC Web site.

Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement

  • Initial management of abnormal cervical cytology (Pap test) and HPV test in adult and adolescent females: percentage of women aged 21 years and older with a high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) cervical cytological result who have a colposcopy with endocervical curettage (ECC) or LEEP within six months.
  • Initial management of abnormal cervical cytology (Pap test) and HPV test in adult and adolescent females: percentage of women aged 21 years and older with a low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL) cervical cytological result who have a colposcopy within six months.
  • Initial management of abnormal cervical cytology (Pap test) and HPV test in adult and adolescent females: percentage of women aged 21 years and older with an atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (ASCUS) cervical cytological result with high-risk HPV type who have a follow-up colposcopy within six months.
