Withdrawn Summaries

The summaries listed below have been withdrawn from the NQMC Web site because they are no longer in current use and therefore, do not meet the NQMC Inclusion Criteria. Please see the Measure Archive for a complete list of all measures that have been withdrawn from the NQMC Web site.

American Society of Hematology

  • Hematology: percentage of patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) or an acute leukemia who had baseline cytogenetic testing performed on bone marrow.
  • Hematology: percentage of patients aged 18 years and older with a diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) who are receiving erythropoietin therapy with documentation of iron stores prior to initiating erythropoietin therapy.
