ICIS Production will be unavailable starting at 9 PM EST to 11 PM EST TODAY Wednesday, August 21, 2013 to update the Operating systems (IOS) for switches within NCC's hosting environment.

Duration of Planned Outage: 3 hours from 9:00 pm to 11:59 pm EST

 

Estimated Up Time: Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at 11:59 pm EST

 

Device/Hardware/Software Involved: Operating systems (IOS) for switches within NCC's hosting environment will be upgraded. This work will result in a 10-minute outage, as each switch is upgraded and rebooted. Servers supporting several applications will lose network connectivity during the outage period. Applications which may be impacted include but are not limited to www.epa.gov, intranet.epa.gov, Cold Fusion applications, Domino applications, EPA blogs and wikis, PeoplePlus, CAMD, eGGRT, and ICIS. We encourage you to have your system administrators verify connectivity post the upgrade. We apologize for the inconvenience.
