Stationery and Paper Mini-Competition
The NPS is currently holding a Stationery and Paper mini-competition against the CCS 'Office Supplies for the Wider Public Sector Framework' RM3703. Bids have been submitted and are currently being evaluated. The mini-competition will result in a single appointment, due for award in July.

Media Agency Services
Were
you aware that the NPS has a framework in place for
the Provision of Media Agency Services?
This Framework is divided into three lots and covers different types of advertisements across all media. It includes national, regional, local newspapers and websites and professional periodicals, journals and websites, within the UK and overseas, in accordance with the specific requirements of the customer. Construction Consultancy (Property) Framework - Supplier events:
Monday July 13, 13:30 - 15:30pm, Waterton Technology Centre, Bridgend Monday July 20, 13:30 - 15:30pm, Welsh Government Offices, Llandudno Junction. We welcome representatives from our 73 member organisations to meet with the framework suppliers.
- We will soon be issuing a Contract Notice for Construction Consultancy Infrastructure (Phase 3). As part of this phase we will be looking to appoint Facilities Management advisers to assist organisations in the planning and monitoring of future activity through the NPS Facilities Management Framework.

5. Savings
NPS can report cashable savings of £7.9m
The table below shows the breakdown of total savings that have been achieved and spend by category, reported from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015.
At present NPS is running at a 7.46 % run rate on savings against spend through contracts and frameworks under management. This includes a range of contracts which have been on-boarded during the 2014/15 financial year, from a range of external organisations.
6. Focus On

Ministry of Furniture is an established Furniture Business to emerge from Remploy Furniture, with the help of Welsh Government. In 2015, they were appointed by Remploy Limited to act as advisers for legacy Remploy Furniture items.
The supported business is owned and run entirely by those working in the company, including management and staff that are ex Remploy Furniture employees.
More than 50% of the workforce are people with disabilities, both in the business office and within the manufacturing supply chain. Practising a positive approach to the employment of people with disabilities and those furthest from the job market, the business is constantly working with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure they are similarly focused on their social impact.
Ministry of Furniture source, evaluate and bring together products that are fit for purpose in the rigours of modern day learning and working environments. These are available to NPS member organisations on Lot 6 of our Provision of Furniture Solutions Framework:
