Newly appointed School Captain of Airdrie Academy Carly Mills is pictured right with Head Teacher Mr Fannon and Vice Captains Cara Stewart and Fiona Westwood. The girls are looking forward to representing the school throughout the session. Promoting Positive Behaviour Initiative

At the end of last session over 230 pupils from Airdrie Academy attended M and Ds Theme Park as part of the end of term merit rewards event.  The pupils enjoyed fun in the sun to celebrate their good behavior and attendance throughout the session.

In Memory of Ruth Ross

We were sad to hear of the sudden death of our Depute Head Ruth Ross during the summer holidays. Ruth will be a huge loss to the school. We will be holding an event to celebrate Ruth's time in the school on Thursday 17th September at 3.00pm
