FREE Zumba and Netball!

FREE Zumba as part of Nottingham Girls Can campaign! 2 hours, 6 instructors and a lot of fun! Join in at any time (no need to do 2 hours). Grab your friends, sisters, mums and daugthers and enjoy this fun packed session on Saturday 6 February 10am-12pm at Harvey Hadden Sports Village! Women's Wheelchair Basketball All-Star Game

All-Star Game 2016

At 2.30pm on Sunday 28th February, the nation’s leading female wheelchair basketballers will light up Nottingham Wildcats Arena in a stunning battle between East and West at the BWB Women’s League All-Star Game 2016.

The unmissable finale to another incredible season, the spectacular All-Star Game will see players and coaches from across Divisions 1, 2, and 3 all have the potential to be called up to represent the conference sides in an action-packed showcase game.

With Great Britain Coaches heading up the Team West and Team East, the Women’s League players and coaches will vote in the teams and assistant coaches from across all the divisions.

In addition to the on-court action, spectators will also be treated to great off court entertainment - tuned for more entertainment news!

Tickets to this fantastic event are now available to reserve through the BWB Office on tickets@britishwheelchairbasketball.co.uk (pay on the door) / 01509 279900 or you can purchase them from the second Women's League weekend (January 16th-17th 2016):

This Girl Can Swim

Swimming is great exercise and great fun too! Get back into regular swimming at one of our women and girls (over 14) only swimming sessions, which take place daily at one of the seven Nottingham City Council leisure centres. Female lifeguards and helpers will be on hand as you have fun in the water.

This Girl Can turned 1 year old last week and so far has encouraged more than 2.8 million women to become more active.

The campaign has been adopted by many cities in the UK and it's been a great success in Nottingham! This Girl Can Nottingham is continuing to grow and it's great to see it's having such a great effect on girls and women across the city!
