I did that - designing the NES!
26 January at the National Videogame Arcade from 7pm
We know all about Super Mario, Metroid and Duck Hunt, but what about
the design of the console itself or those iconic controllers? The
problem is that to find out that sort of thing you’d need to travel to
Kyoto and speak to Masayuki Uemura, head of Nintendo’s R&D
department who lead the development of the NES…
At the National Videogame Arcade on 26 January for one night only,
Masayuki Uemura will be talking about how he designed the NES, the
Zapper and the SNES.
