Today,s Forecast 

This afternoon, there will be fairly frequent showers, locally heavy at times. These showers will persist through the evening but become more isolated from 2300, but with a few more showers possible throughout the night. As the showers become less frequent, clear spells will develop allowing RST's to quickly drop and fall widely below freezing with the risk of hoar frost and ice developing. The morning will then be cold but generally dry and bright

 

Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday)
Wednesday Sunny intervals and a few showers through Wednesday afternoon, but in the evening more organised outbreaks of rain are expected. These should ease during the second half of the night as colder air arrives, but during Thursday morning some outbreaks of rain, sleet or wet snow are expected. 

Thursday

The rain, sleet or wet snow should quickly clear on Thursday afternoon and then it will be dry with sunny spells. Overnight it will be cold with largely clear skies, then Friday morning will see the dry and fine weather continue.

Saturday

Friday: The odd light rain, sleet or snow shower is possible on Friday afternoon, but overnight it will be largely dry with some clear spells allowing it to turn cold again. Dry with sunny spells on Saturday morning.

Saturday: Remaining dry throughout with decent sunny spells by day, but cold or very cold under the clear skies overnight.
