Today's Forecast |
Cloud will soon break up to leave a mostly dry, bright and breezy afternoon, but with the risk of a few isolated blustery rain showers feeding across the area through the afternoon and evening, with the majority of the showers clearing by 1800. It should become largely dry overnight, with clear spells and winds easing, to allow a drop in RSTs, although these are forecast to remain just above freezing. Turning cloudier Christmas morning, with outbreaks of mostly light rain arriving from the southwest around 1100. |
Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday) | |
Friday | Rain on Christmas Day afternoon may turn heavy at times before moving away north. Mostly dry during the evening and overnight, however it will remain cloudy and mild with RSTs above freezing. Further rain arriving in the morning. Windy, particularly overnight. |
Saturday |
Remaining cloudy with outbreaks of rain through Saturday and Saturday night although with easing winds. Some bright spells may develop on Sunday morning, although with a breeze starting to pick up. |
Sundayand Monday |
Largely dry with variable cloud and some bright spells through Sunday. Some clear spells overnight although windy and mild. Rain during the day on Monday, then drier with clear spells developing and winds easing on Monday night, although RSTs currently expected to remain above freezing.
