Today's Forecast

A dull and misty afternoon with low cloud and perhaps some drizzle. A band of rain will arrive from the southwest by around 1800 this evening, lasting 2-4 hours, with a drier period following later this evening. Further periods of rain, heavy at times, are then expected overnight with cloudy conditions and patchy rain and drizzle continuing into Wednesday morning. An unusually mild night for December with RSTs staying comfortably above freezing.

 

Outlook for the next four days (forecasts run from midday to midday)
Wednesday Cloudy with the odd spot of rain or drizzle through the afternoon and evening, then drier overnight with some clearer spells and winds easing though RSTs above freezing. Dry, but cloudy Thursday morning.

Thursday

Cloudy, with rain during the afternoon, then drier into the evening and overnight with clearer skies however RSTs remaining above freezing. Sunny spells Friday morning.

Saturday

Sunny to start on Friday, though turning a little cloudier overnight into Saturday. Breezier during Saturday with the odd spot of rain or drizzle at times, this becoming persistent overnight into Sunday. RSTs above freezing both nights.
