A dull and misty afternoon with low cloud and perhaps some drizzle. A band of rain will arrive from the southwest by around 1800 this evening, lasting 2-4 hours, with a drier period following later this evening. Further periods of rain, heavy at times, are then expected overnight with cloudy conditions and patchy rain and drizzle continuing into Wednesday morning. An unusually mild night for December with RSTs staying comfortably above freezing. |
