Today's Forecast |
Cloudy and breezy to begin this afternoon with the odd spot of drizzle around. Persistent rain will arrive from the west from 1400hrs to become locally heavy at times. The wind will also increase during the afternoon, with some strong gusts possible. Persistent rain and gusty winds will continue through this evening until 2300hrs. Thereafter the wind will ease and it will become drier. With clearing skies for the rest of the night, RSTs will take a dip, but they will remain above freezing due to the ongoing breeze. Dawn on Friday will be largely dry and bright with sunny spells. |

Remaining cloudy and very windy on Saturday morning with rain becoming heavier and increasingly widespread. |

Rain tending to clear southeastwards during the afternoon, with bright or sunny spells and some showers following. Generally dry and mild overnight, with light winds and variable but often large amounts of cloud. Mainly dry and cloudy on Monday afternoon with rain spreading eastwards overnight. Turning colder with clear spells and showers following. RSTs likely to fall close or just below freezing in most places overnight with a risk of ice and frost developing. Largely fine and dry, but cool on Tuesday morning. |
