Mild, largely cloudy and dry to start Wednesday afternoon. Cloud thickening though with outbreaks of rain spreading from the west from around 1600. Rain then becoming persistent and slow moving across the area from around 2200 and perhaps turning locally heavy at times. The rain will continue for much of the night, clearing by around 0700.
