Yesterday the Chancellor delivered the Spending Review and Autumn Statement 2015 as the third financial statement from Government this year.

Once again, housing is a clear priority in government policy and the drive to home ownership continues to gather momentum whilst questions again arise concerning the impact of the proposed changes on renters in social housing and the private sector.

We have produced a briefing which seeks to highlight the housing related elements of the review with some additional commentary on points we need to consider in order to analysis how some of the announced measures might impact locally.
