CAMHS Citywide operate in various locations including Glenbrook Management Centre, St Anns Valley Centre and Loxley House

We are seeking a CAMHS manager responsible for leading and managing the planning, coordination, delivery and/or commissioning if effective CAMH Services Citywide managing the mental health and wellbeing for vulnerable children and young people and families with a range of complex problems, including social, emotional and behavioural. The Manager will promote high standards of safeguarding, mangement of risk, and effective interventions through a robust performance management framework within a multi-disciplinary team. The manager will work innovatively and collaboratively with the other CAMHS managers and Specialists to reduce the level of need and risk and enable them to be met within an universal setting.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Relevant degree in mental health and/or equivalent professional qualification such as SW/teacher and proven knowledge, skills in CAMHS case work and experience of managing complex casework, safeguarding and risk within a multi-disciplinary team

2. Experience of implementing best practice in supervision and successfully dealing with poor performance in services and individuals

3. Understanding of and the ability to incorporate evidence based practice into effective service delivery including managing a service within the CAPA model.

4. A strong commercial focus with effective budget management skills and the ability to seek out new opportunities for service development to deliver priorities effectively.

To undertake cleaning in areas of the facility maintaining high standards of cleanliness and record all cleaning undertaken on appropriate forms and checklists ensuring a safe environment is maintained reporting any faults or defects in the facility. Working within COSHH regulations and wearing protective clothing where necessary. Maintaining customer service facilities such as litterbins, toilet roll dispensers and nappy changing areas to a high standard.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Ensure high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility

- Ability to check areas for cleanliness and safety and work on  your own initiative to provide service

- Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible within duties undertaken

-  Able to work flexible hours to cover for the needs of the service

A Standard DBS Check will be needed for this post

The Welfare Rights Service is seeking to appoint two suitably experienced advisers to provide advice and casework advocacy in the areas of welfare benefit and debt law.

You will deliver advice via the Welfare Rights Service’s Telephone Advice Line, home visits and face to face appointments.

Ideally you will possess knowledge of the relevant law, along with strong organisational skills and experience of assisting clients in need.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

 The successful candidate must have:

1. A detailed knowledge of benefit law for use in advice, casework and advocacy

2. A general knowledge in money advice / debt law.

3. The ability to advocate, negotiate on behalf of and represent service users.

4. The ability to manage a demanding and varied caseload to Advice Quality Standards
